Step 1: Free ECID Registration
Visit the iUnlock.Cloud Register Portal, select the iUnlock Ramdisk Pro (Device ECID) tab, paste your device ECID (in HEX 0x... or Decimal format), check the ownership confirmation, and submit. Real-time server authorization is applied instantly.
Step 2: Download & Launch Ramdisk Pro
Download the installer from the Official Ramdisk Pro Download Hub, run the setup, and launch iUnlock.Cloud Ramdisk Pro as Administrator.
Step 3: Connect Device & Enter DFU Mode via DFU Helper
Connect your iPhone or iPad to your PC via USB. Click the DFU Helper button in Ramdisk Pro. Follow the exact real-time countdown timer:
- Press and quickly release Volume Up.
- Press and quickly release Volume Down.
- Press and hold the Side / Power button until the screen goes black.
- Immediately hold Volume Down while keeping Power pressed for 5 seconds.
- Release Power and keep holding Volume Down until DFU mode is detected.
Step 4: Execute usbliter8 BootROM Exploit

Tutorial: Passcode Backup with Signal (Calls & Data Working)
If your device is on the passcode lock screen, unavailable, or disabled:
- Put the device into DFU mode using the built-in DFU Helper.
- Boot the Ramdisk and mount file systems.
- Click Backup Activation Files to safely dump the cellular activation tickets (
data_ark.plist,activation_record.plist). - Click Erase Device (or flash via 3uTools / iTunes using Quick Flash).
- Put the device back into DFU mode, boot Ramdisk, and click Restore Passcode Backup.
- Your device boots up fully activated with 100% working cellular signal, iCloud, and calls!
Troubleshooting & Driver Fixes
Issue: Device not detected in DFU mode?
Click the FixDrivers button inside the Ramdisk Pro utility. It automatically reconfigures Apple Mobile Device USB drivers to WinUSB.
Issue: Antivirus blocks the exploit DLLs?
Low-level USB driver exploits can trigger false positives in Windows Defender. Simply add the Ramdisk Pro installation folder to your antivirus whitelist.
