Finding Your Serial Number (AIO Tool)

  1. On the Hello Screen: Tap the small (i) info icon at the bottom right corner of your iPhone/iPad screen to display the Serial Number.
  2. Via Settings (If accessible): Open Settings > General > About and long-press to copy the Serial Number.
  3. Via Computer (3uTools or iTunes): Connect your device via USB; your Serial Number appears prominently on the main device summary screen.
  4. Enter in Registration Form: Select the iUnlock AIO Tool tab above and paste the serial (8 to 14 characters).

Finding Your Device ECID (Ramdisk Pro)

  1. Via 3uTools (Recommended): Connect your iPhone in normal, Recovery, or DFU mode. In 3uTools, locate the ECID row and double-click to copy the Hex value (e.g. 0x0000810100123456).
  2. Via iUnlock Ramdisk Pro Console: Connect your device into DFU mode using the interactive DFU Helper; the tool detects and prints your ECID in the console log.
  3. Decimal or HEX Format: Both HEX (0x...) and standard numeric Decimal formats are accepted by our system.
  4. Enter in Registration Form: Select the iUnlock Ramdisk Pro tab above and paste your ECID.
